The renter must always carry a valid physical rental agreement in the vehicle, as failure to do so may result in a fine from the Spanish authorities. A valid driving licence is required, and it must have been held for at least two years.
All offences, associated costs and any other expenses incurred during the rental for which the renter is responsible shall be borne by the renter, without prejudice to any legal action they may take. We have a customer service department to handle suggestions and complaints.
The Renter shall be responsible for refuelling the vehicle correctly.
PaylessCar, S.A. reserves the right to refuse the rental based on the Renter's incident history or failure to comply with the General Terms and Conditions.
If the selected model is not available, a model in the same or a higher category will be provided.

Vehicles are confirmed by vehicle category and not by specific models, subject to availability at the office and on the date indicated.

The insurance is 100% comprehensive with no excess. The rental includes unlimited mileage, taxes and airport fees. Child seats, booster seats and roof racks are free of charge. Additional drivers may be included free of charge (please request this directly at the rental office).
Booking changes and cancellations are free of charge and can be managed directly through the website by logging in as a registered customer, or requested by email or telephone.
Child seats and booster seats are free of charge. The child seat is approved for babies weighing between 0 and 18 kg and is fitted on the rear seat of the vehicle, either facing forwards or rearwards. The booster seat is intended for children weighing between 15 and 36 kg and consists only of the seat, without a backrest. The child seat will be provided when the car is collected, and the customer will be responsible for fitting it.
PaylessCar, S.A. shall not be liable for claims or damages arising from poor performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in handling, computer virus, theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of personal records, or the use of data, information, etc.
